How to get started

n 1.)  Review the information in the college catalog.

n 2.)  Review the policies and procedures of the program.

n 3.)  Complete a college application.

n 4.)  File previous college transcripts with admissions.

n 5.)  Take the college placement tests.

n 6.)  Arrange for an informal interview with me so that I can get to know you and understand your culinary goals.
