ATTENTION: You
may not attend the same concert for credit more than one time: example, if
there are 2 showings of Big River and you go to both, you will still
only receive one attendance credit. There may be additional show times for
some concerts, but you may only receive credit for show times listed.
There will only be concert monitors available to take up your attendance card
at the show times listed below.
Concert
Attendance Procedure
A PJC card monitor will be positioned at the front door or lobby of each
performance. (They usually will have a
large PJC sign.) Pick up an attendance
card from the monitor. Print your name
legibly and circle your class section number.
Return the card to the monitor only
at the end of the performance and you’re done! Your attendance should be posted no later
than two business days following the event.
The assigned attendance monitor will arrive at the event approximately
twenty minutes before the performance and will remain in the designated area
until five minutes after the beginning of the event.
**LATECOMERS AND THOSE WHO LEAVE EARLY WILL NOT RECEIVE AN ATTENDANCE
CARD NOR CREDIT FOR THE EVENT. NO EXCEPTIONS
Monitors will be located in the following areas:
PJC AFAA: In the auditorium's foyer near the ticket collector.
SAENGER THEATRE: Once your ticket has been collected and you
enter the lobby, veer right toward the concession stand. The monitor
will be positioned by the stairs.
PLT: He/she will be standing in the corner between the front
lobby doors and the entrance to the box office.
UWF: In the lobby just outside of the Music Hall
or Mainstage doors.
FIRST METHODIST CHURCH: Just inside the front doors.

Bldg. 22, at the Service Desk or at the event that evening, provided tickets
