The Good

  • http://www.cantcryhardenough.com (Sent by Mr. Jim Mallick)
I thought this site was excellent. The artist and individual that created the site, Jason Powers, did an excellent job getting his point across. Although the site does play on your emotions and 9/11, the site was done in good taste, was simple, flowing, and has an excellent choice of music.

  • http://www.minilogic.com/nsbirders/birdnews.htm (Sent by Ms. Elizabeth Wass)

The color choice was good, the links were simple, easy to see and use, simple yet clean design, download time was minimal, font size was big enough and easy to read

  • http://www.robertmondavi.com/ (Sent by Ms. Lynn Brannan)
This is a very good website.  It is easy to move from page to page and find what you are looking for.  The pictures look good and the colors are soft and easy on the eyes.

  • http://www.lego.com/games (Sent by Mr. Rufus Lance)

I got to play Drome Duel a race car game and I really liked it. Didn't have wait to download it either. Try it out if you like race car games.

  • www.potterybarn.com (Sent by Ms. Amy Naylor)
Pleasant to look at. Easy to navigate.

  • http://www.theknot.com/ (Sent by Ms. Jessica Dreiling)
I find it very easy to navigate around and also has a lot of information for up coming brides.

  • www.jalfrezi.com/iniframe.htm (Sent by Mr. Joshua Ferguson)
This website seemed pretty satisfying. It is easy to look at. The color scheme is good. The text is not all crammed up. It is a reasonably good set up. Again I am no one to critique someone else's work.

  • http://www.visionfriendley.com/home.htm (Sent by Mr. Aurelio Marquez)
This site is well organized, easy to navigate, good contrast and pleasant colors.

  • http://www.amazon.com (Sent by Ms. Linda Marchesini)
Not only a cool place to shop, but the site is easy to navigate and even though there's lots of information on the main page, it's not too busy and not hard on the eyes. No flashy annoying graphics and no popups.

  • http://slashdot.org/ (Sent by Mr. James Walker)
This site looks nice easily navigable, worthy content, an n16 rating quick loading. This was an all around good site.

  • www.bn.com  or www.barnes&noble.com (Sent by Ms. Leigh Saleh)
I thought this one was good because it was very easy to navigate. Everything you need is always on the top of the page.

  • http://www.berenstainbears.com (Sent by Ms. Michelle Heard)
It's good because it is creative, colorful, but not too colorful, and has a lot of good activities for children.

  • www.cheese.com (Sent by Mr. Michael Janowick)
You can find out anything you could possibly want to know about cheese.

  • http://www.cyber24.com/ (Sent by Ms. La Tarsha Stallworth-Jackson)
It was easy to understand, read and navigate though.  There weren’t a lot of busy features that took away from the content.

  • http://www.space.com/ (Sent by Mr. Adam Emling)
This site is the good, easy to navigate, nice looking, and all links work.

The Bad

  • http://www.endoftheinternet.com (Sent by Mr. Jim Mallick)
This site is going nowhere. It’s basically a gag and has no true meaning or worth. I didn’t even find any humor in the site although a remark was made about its physical location.

  • http://5url.com/ (Sent by Ms. Elizabeth Wass)
This website took forever to download, the colors against the text was horrible( I would skip this page if I were looking for information because  it was so hard to read).  I had to squint to read the words. There was a flashing line with exploding planets on the side of the title.

  • http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Horizon/5384/ (Sent by Ms. Lynn Brannan)
The above website is just plain bad.  The background is blurred and the site is way to busy.  I do not even see the point of the website.  If you read about the author of this page he states that his old web page was appalling and was designed while he was learning web design!  Can you believe it, I wonder what kind of grade he made in that class.

  •  http://www.nokia.com/music/ring_tones.htm (Sent by Mr. Rufus Lance)
It is a bad site because of how long it take to download the webpage and how hard it to navigate the site without doing fifty things to get to what you want.

  • http://www.theunchartedzone.com (Sent by Ms. Amy Naylor)
    Bad colors, bad background, boring......

  • http://msn.espn.go.com/main.htm (Sent by Ms. Jessica Dreiling)
The reason that I say this is the fact that there is way to much information crammed on one little tinny page. It takes me 5-10 minutes just to find a story they want.

  • www.guysongrills.com (Sent by Mr. Joshua Ferguson)
This website was pretty bad I guess. They had the title of the site to the mouse pointer so everywhere the pointer moved so did the title. I thought it was pretty unique at first but it then got pretty annoying while I was trying to explore the site.

  • http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/ (Sent by Mr. Aurelio Marquez)
This site provides info about toilets that does not need to be published. Pictures do not need to be shown. No useful info here.

  • http://www.highlandradio.com/main.htm (Sent by Ms. Linda Marchesini)
This site is so cheesy. You can even see obituaries listed. On a radio station site? Bad colors, bad art, horrible scrolling headlines in black box with yellow text.

  • http://members.tripod.com/badpelletier/index.2html (Sent by Mr. James Walker)
This site was unorganized, links to nowhere, no index and wasn't easy to read or follow.  This site seemed to be just through together.

  • www.tkd.org (Sent by Ms. Leigh Saleh)
I thought this one was just to plain and the pictures where all fuzzy. Also things would pop out at you i.e. when you hit the link to Quotes.

  • www.Skyyblue.com (Sent by Ms. Michelle Heard)
Check this out, it takes a long time for it to load, and when it first starts it looks like it should be a good site, but then you get to the 'navigation' page, You'll see.

  • www.playhard.com (Sent by Mr. Michael Janowick)
This website is boring with nowhere to go. It doesn't lead to anything else.

  • http://www.echoingthebunnymen.co.uk/ (Sent by Ms. La Tarsha Stallworth-Jackson)
This site was a joke, the navigation bar doesn’t work, the flash will drive you crazy or blind you. The links don’t work.  I haven’t figured out it’s purpose yet.

  • http://www.purple.com/purple.htm (Sent by Mr. Adam Emling)
This site is the bad, all it is a purple page, does absolutely nothing that I can figure out. this site is so stupid I feel like banging my head against a wall.

The Ugly

  • http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Realm/2517/blind.htm (Sent by Mr. Jim Mallick)
Ugly is not the word. In fact ugly is probably an overstated word for this site. It has white text on a high yellow background, not to mention a page full of useless characters.

  • http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Horizon/5384/ (Sent by Ms. Elizabeth Wass)
This site had several places in which there was constant movement. A skeleton head bounced all around the screen as I scrolled down.  The background was too dark compared to the color of the text.  The pictures chosen to use on the webpage were horrible. This web page designer actually seemed to enjoy his badly designed page and the attention it gets.

  • http://members.tripod.com/fuzzymartian/ (Sent by Ms. Lynn Brannan)
This site is ugly.  The background began to make me dizzy.  Again the website seems to have no point other than the creator of this site has some sort of fascination with outer space.

  • http://www.noahsarklimos.com/index.htm (Sent by Mr. Rufus Lance)
I don't use this web site or its limos because I'm not a pimp. The web site and the limos are ugly. I thing its bad taste.

  • http://hometown.aol.com/tomkaboo/myhomepage/fantasyfootball.htm (Sent by Ms. Amy Naylor)
Haven't found one worse than this.....

  • http://www.msdlt.k12.in.us/lawrencecentral/ChemCentral/Ugly.htm (Sent by Ms. Jessica Dreiling)
This website is very busy along with just being ugly.  The background on the page interferes with the writing
    on the page.

  • www.terminator3.com/main.htm (Sent by Mr. Joshua Ferguson)
I wish someone could tell me what the hell this site is. I have no idea what was going on. By the time it was done transferring there was nothing but a red dot on the screen. What ever that was. I guess it can't be anything but ugly!

  • http://www.fortunecity.com/meltingpot/reinli/90/gallery.htm (Sent by Mr. Aurelio Marquez)
I guess this site has something to do with dental care. I would not go to this clinic for treatment.

  • http://www.nmfee.org/ (Sent by Ms. Linda Marchesini)
The blue and red background with white text is hard on the eyes. Good luck trying to find the company's e-mail address to let them know how horrible their site is.

  • http://member.tripod.com/fuzzymartin/ (Sent by Mr. James Walker)
This sites was not only ugly but also bad.  The colors where hideous and gave me a headache as well as being unorganized with broken links.  This site also has worthless content.

  • www.barrysclipart.com (Sent by Ms. Leigh Saleh)
This one is truly the ugly ducking. The colors where bad, hard to navigate, and it was very busy with fall leaves falling down the page.

  • http://www.geocities.com/webtekrocks/ (Sent by Ms. Michelle Heard)
This site is actually trying to sell websites. first of all the background and the wording clashes. The black with the every bright words hurts my eyes, I didn't even try to read it, that would for sure flare up a migraine. In the green square to the left, "expertise" i misspelled. They say they have been in the biz for a while, Certainly doesn't show.

This site is so confusing, as far as colors, much to much to follow. Scroll down, it tells you why it is so bad!
  • www.nerdalert.com (Sent by Mr. Michael Janowick)
This website is terrible. It is lavender with little strange men on it. It has no point what so ever.

  • http://www.alabamaparanormal.com/ (Sent by Ms. La Tarsha Stallworth-Jackson)
It doesn't matter which browser you use, you can not get the pictures to load.  Maybe it’s my paranoia
  • http://www.webpagesthatsuck.com/ (Sent by Mr. Adam Emling)
This site is the ugly, it has little to no color or graphics, it basically just pictures and black and white scheme.  the funny thing is this site rips on other ugly sites and its ugly as they come.
