Clipart 6. Right click on the link, then select Save Target As and save
the clipart pictures on your desktop. Click Insert/Picture/From
File when you are ready to insert the clipart in your slides.

presentation before you start this exercise.

**Click on View/Header and
Footer, then click on <Update automatically>, <Slide number>,
and type your name in the Footer box. Click the <Notes and Handouts>
tab, then click on <Update automatically>, type your name in the
Header box and your class section number in the Footer box. Click the
<Apply to All> button.
Note:
- Type the header and footer on your <Slides> and <Notes and
Handouts> as instructed.
- Save all the files on your disk first before you email your
instructor.
- Browse the files on your disk and select/attach 2 files to your email.
- Type "Your section #, Assignment 5, Your Name" in the Subject.
