The first part of this course is spent learning the
major deities and heroes of Greco-Roman mythology. The course then follows
a chronological examination (beginning with Greece to the present) of how
artists and poets thematically used classical mythology in their works.
This Web site supplements course readings and activities.
The online "Art Gallery" should be of special
interest to students. Some of the pages at this site require the Adobe
